Fit-Blast
Camp:
This
program is up to 3 weeks, 5 days per week, and is offered in the summer
because of the outdoor location and early time of day. Trish plans
to offer one (and quite possibly two sessions) in the summer of 2010.
Participants exercise
through various modes to help improve your cardiovascular
health, overall strength and flexibility.
You may choose to join for 1, 2, or
all 3 weeks (Monday to Friday only) from 6:30am
to 7:30am.
