Trish
has been working in the fitness industry since 1998. She began as
a group exercise instructor and quickly expanded her certification to
include personal training so that she could help clients
privately. She accumulated 7 years experience as a fitness
director and group exercise coordinator while continuing with group and
individual instruction. Because the management positions took time
away from the rewarding job of being an instructor, she now works full
time as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Trish
thoroughly enjoys helping people find enjoyment in exercise while
reaping the numerous benefits! To name some that her current and
previous clients have achieved:

Turbo Kick™ is an interval based class that allows participants of any
fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.
Trish uses this format primarly during the 10 day
Bootcamps which she offers regularly. Participants have shed more
than 10 inches and up to 3% body fat when they have attended each class
and combined with appropriate nutrition. |
