10 Day Sessions/Bootcamps
This is an intensive program in which participants can shed inches, pounds, and body fat by exercising for 10 days. 7 days of high intensity cardio and 3 days of strengthening, stretching and core training. Additionally, Trish will provide participants with a low carb/high protein meal plan, which increases fat loss while sustaining the energy needed for exercise. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to Jump Start an exercise program and see results quickly.
For first time participants, the cost is $200.

Are early mornings better for your schedule? "3 for 3" is a new program that will be offered on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays from 6:30am to 7:30am, (Saturdays at 9am) at Anytime Fitness. You do not have to be a gym member to participate in this program! During these classes Trish will instruct the group through vaious cardiovascular and strength conditioning exercises, as well as necessary stretching to help maintaing and possibly increase your flexibiltiy. At Anytime Fitness there is a nice variety of equipment to keep you challenged! This program will begin on October 13 and end October 31, 2009. The cost is $100 for 3 weeks.
10 day Bootcamp! The most effective program to jumpstart your fitness routine, and/or to see physical changes quick. November 2 to November 11 classes meet from 6:30 to 7:30am (Weekdays), Saturday & Sunday 8:30 to 9:30am. Anytime Fitness member price: $120
