Bootcamp!!


10 Day Sessions/Bootcamps
This is an intensive program in which participants can shed inches, pounds, and body fat by exercising for 10 days. 7 days of high intensity cardio and 3 days of strengthening, stretching and core training. Additionally, Trish will provide participants with a low carb/high protein meal plan, which increases fat loss while sustaining the energy needed for exercise. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to Jump Start an exercise program and see results quickly.

For first time participants, the cost is $200.

 Lunchtime Bootcamp at a NEW LOCATION!!!  ANYTIME FITNESS, located at 805 Patton Ave.  has agreed to let me hold a Bootcamp in their beautiful, new Aerobics Studio!  Hopefully you can workout on your lunch break:  June 22 to July 3 (Monday to Friday only) from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.  Enter "1AF" for your session choice.

Are early mornings better for your schedule?  Consider a NEW fitness program Fit-Blast Camp.  You can choose to participate for 1, 2, or 3 weeks (Monday to Friday only), July 6 to July 24, 6:30am to 7:30am.  Outdoor Location:  Asheville Middle School's Track!  Enter "FIT-BLAST" for session choice.

Morning Bootcamp at Anytime Fitness--you don't have to be a member!  Beginning July 27 and ending August 7, 8:15-9:15am.   This session will be Monday to Friday only.  Enter "2AF" for your session choice when registering.
