Bootcamp!!
 
10 Day Sessions/Bootcamps
This is an intensive program in which participants can shed inches,
pounds, and body fat by exercising for 10 days. 7 days of high intensity
cardio and 3 days of strengthening, stretching and core training.
Additionally, Trish will provide participants with a low carb/high
protein meal plan, which increases fat loss while sustaining the energy
needed for exercise. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants
to Jump Start an exercise program and see results quickly.
For first time participants, the cost is $200.

Early morning session will return in
March 2010. Hopefully March will also bring an end
to icy mornings and a return to warmer weather and perhaps even brighter
mornings! Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays beginning March 9
and ending March 27 from 6:30 to 7:30am...at Anytime
Fitness!
Core
Conditioning Camp!!! Commit
to 10 classes over a 5 week period and come out with a connected,
stronger core. You may also see improved posture, increased
flexibility and relieved back pain. Classes will meet Mondays and
Thursdays 9 to 10am, beginning April 19 and ending May 20.
