10 Day Sessions/Bootcamps
This is an intensive program in which participants can shed inches, pounds, and body fat by exercising for 10 days straight. 7 days of high intensity cardio and 3 days of strengthening, stretching and core training. Additionally, Trish will provide participants with a low carb/high protein meal plan, which increases fat loss while sustaining the energy needed for exercise. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to Jump Start an exercise program and see results quickly.

For first time participants, the cost is $200.

 The next Bootcamp is Full as of 10/31/08!  It is scheduled for just before Thanksgiving.  November 10 to the 21st.  It will take place from 8:15 to 9:15am, Monday through Friday only at the YWCA.  Check back periodically for the next one, which will most likely be January '09.
