classes at Anytime Fitness, on Patton Ave.
Mondays:
5:30 to 6:30pm, CSI, which stands for
Cardio, Strength, Intervals. This is a strength training class,
group format. Various "weight lifting" exercises intervalled with
one minute cardio segments. You will workout all your major muscle
groups and get in at least 30 minutes of cardio conditioning.
6:30 to 7:30pm, Cycling class
Thursdays:
5:30 to 6:30pm, CSI (see above description)
